Wall Spray Machines

Introducing The Cool Machines CM 300.

Want the Same Spray Quality, Production Rates, and Vacuum Recycle Recovery Methods of the ‘Big’ Truck Wall Spray Systems, without breaking the bank?

Now a more affordable, compact, streamline turnkey High Production Wall Spray setup by COOL Machines and Insulation Industries.

Insulation Contractor’s: expand your opportunities with the first affordable wall spray system that allows you to diversify and/or expand your business into a highly profitable venture. The CM- 300 is the industry’s smallest most economical wall spray system that incorporates ‘integrated recycle technology’. This system matches the production rates of the larger more costly truck systems. The CM-3500 machine along with the VP-300 vac-pack are the two major components of this wallspray system. Allowing this blowing system to spray walls smoothly and consistently and also dry blow attics or dense pack and retro fit existing walls with the flip of a switch and a material feed gate adjustment in mere seconds!

Bonus: With single phase power provided at the job site, this insulation blowing system can operate all day without costly fuel and generator maintenance.

Why do we use our proprietary ‘Integrated recycle technology’?

When controlling the introduction of dry and recycle fiber in a separate, precise, metered hoppers, the contractor’s production rate significantly increases while the moisture is controlled to a minimum. The CM 300 is easy to dial in and keep the same spray parameters throughout the day. The old days of fighting too dry or to damp product and struggling for precise material suitable for a quality instal are over.

What is our ‘Vac-pack’ technology?

The current industry standard for wall spray currently uses two clumsy methods for recycle recovery and use of the recycled damp fiber. High maintenance, gas powered centrifugal blade vacuums recover the recycle fiber back to the dust and fiber ridden truck or trailer, causing a constant slow down of the cellulose fiber flow and almost always air surging problems with the blower cycling on and off into a pressurized recycling machine hopper. The second method involves networking a second machine inside of the home or building. Setting up and hauling recycled material with storage containers, buckets,or garbage cans back to the machine to be manually loaded machine. Inside of multiple level buildings, this is both time consuming and a dangerous liability risk when handling and operating heavy equipment. Cool Machines solution offers a very compact, fast spraying, economical, spray applied system. This proprietary Vac-Pack technology offers a low maintenance, positive pressure vacuum system with absolutely no slow down in spray or material production, and discharges into the neutral pressure hopper located inside the trailer or truck. with no resulting air surges, or dust this makes for a very clean and organized work area. This cutting edge air separator increases the overall endurance of the CM 300 system with air-bypass technology, which also keeps the recycled insulation fiber from coming into contact with the machines blowers. The high efficiency primary and secondary filter system needs serviced only once, at the end of day. This system offers a fast, smooth spraying application while minimizing set-up time and maximizing endurance of the system.

The Base Machine for the CM 300 system:

The Positive displacement blower powered CM-3500: Offers a high endurance, positive pressure system that will last for many years, also while extending  the spraying range of the blowing hose and achieve higher production rates with recycle, stabilized attic spray, and open blow material applications. This system includes soft–start motor technology which reduces generator size and power requirements. (Note: This same type of blower technology provides the vacuum source for the Vac-pack vacuum system.

Our CM-300 offers a streamlined, efficient, yet rugged machine that is both simple to use and very easy to make any needed repairs, providing both the start-up contractor and the high production installers both a solution that makes total sense. Combined with the total CM 300 systems approach, the CM-300 can be transported in a truck or trailer to the job-site and set up to start spraying within several minutes. This cm 300 designed spray insulation system with a self-contained, insulated and heated water tank system as well as a 17.5kw gas powered generator power source, provides all the required necessities for a portable cellulose wall spray system; along with the added feature of an alternative job site power hook up to reduce added fuel and maintenance costs.
